Where can I buy a dog cake?

DELIVERY: Simba’s BARKery is an online dog bakery based in Plano, TX. Our cakes can be delivered right to your door within the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our delivery radius is within 25 miles of Plano (75023). You can check if we deliver to your address at checkout or give us a call at 469.859.0799. 

PICK-UP: We also offer pick-up in Plano (Starbucks - 6265 Coit Road, Plano).

SHIPPING: Simba's BARKery offers shipping across Texas. Please select your shipping date at check-out. Based on your address, shipping can take 2-4 days, so please plan accordingly!

We do pop-up events across Dallas/Fort Worth. Subscribe to our newsletter and Facebook page to get updates on our pop up stalls in Dallas, Frisco, Plano, Fort Worth, Garland and more.

 What are your hours?

You can place orders online 24x7. Pick-ups and deliveries are only available Friday-Sunday. 

Since all our products are made to order, we require ~2 days to prepare, run a thorough quality check, and ship the product.

When should I place my order to get it on time for my dog's big day?

When you place an order, you get to select a shipping/delivery/pick-up date during the checkout process.Pick-ups and deliveries are only available Friday-Sunday. 

We tag your order with that date, and we don't bake and ship your cake until just the right time, so your items are always as fresh as possible. Place your order at least two days before the delivery date. If you need something sooner, give us a call, and we will try to make it happen!

 What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and apple pay

 What kinds of baked goods do you sell?

We sell everything from dog birthday cakes to dog beers and dog biscuits. We change our selections seasonally to ensure the utilization of freshest of the ingredients.

 What kind of ingredients do you use?

We do our best to order local seasonal ingredients whenever possible. We use high-quality natural ingredients, and everything in Simba’s Bakery is made from scratch. All our treats are tested by our in house 'Lab tester' Simba

How long will my dog’s cake stay fresh?

Your dog's cake will taste the best if eaten within four days of delivery/shipment date. Please keep refrigerated in an airtight container. 

 What is my dog has an allergy?

We are not a nut-free Barkery; all our baked goods are prepared on-premise. All our ingredients are listed in the product catalog. If your pup has an allergy, please contact us, and we will try our best to accommodate their needs.

Can you make custom dog cakes?

We can! All our cakes are baked to order and can be customized to anything you like. If you have something in mind, give us a call, and we can discuss the idea and make it a reality.

I want to host a dog party for my dog and his friends? Can you help?

Absolutely! We work with you to come up with excellent dog party ideas to make your dog's birthday a memorable one. Our options range from DIY to fully managed party options. Simba's BARKery can take care of the party's cake, decor, party games, party favors, dog party hats, dog treats, and much more! We can cater to all your needs. My company/apartment complex is hosting a dog-friendly event, would Simba's BARKery like to be a vendor?

While we do not do events as vendors, we would be more than happy to come out for our #DogBar. The #DogBar is our pop-up store that serves pups the most delicious dog treats. We set up on-site, and our BARKtenders whip up some tasty treats like dog beer floats and sundaes for the dogs. Our #DogBar will be customized to your event whether you have a theme or an idea in mind, our decor and treats will fit right in. In the past, we have hosted events like Donut parties, Fiestas, Dog Days of Summer, Holiday party, etc.

​What about the nutritional value of the treats?

All our treats go through rigorous nutritional testing at A&L Plains Analytical Laboratories. Nutritional information is provided in the product catalog.

We ship across Texas. You can check-out our shipping collection here. 

Do you have a pick-up option? 

We most certainly do! Our pick-up location is:

Starbucks 6265 Coit Road, Plano, TX. Our pick-up times are Friday after 4 PM and Sat-Sun 10 AM - 5 PM. We will send you more details on the pick-up one day before your desired pick-up date.
