Halloween Edition: Treats for Tricks

halloween recipes treats for dogs

Are you all set for Halloween this year? The big bag of candy, the oh-so-scary decor, and of course, the pet costume. But don't forget the treats! Halloween is all about the treats, but please be careful. Human candy can be extremely dangerous for your furry little friend, especially the chocolate kind.  Here we will share with you a quick and easy recipe of DIY Halloween treats - The Candy Corn!

The recipe is straightforward, with only three ingredients - yogurt, pumpkin, and bananas. As you know, we at Simba's BARKery are all about using natural, human-grade ingredients. In addition to being a treat, each of these ingredients has an added benefit for your pup.
  • Yogurt provides probiotics benefits and is an excellent source of calcium.
  • Pumpkin is a source of fiber and helps with digestion regularities.
  • Bananas are full of potassium which supports the heart and kidneys.
So there you have it, three delicious and healthy ingredients for your four-legged friend to enjoy on Halloween.
Now let's get to making the treats!
